Joel was so helpful and had a huge part in finding our perfect home. Trying to buy a house while living in a different city could be challenging, but because of Joel it was easy and very effective. He went to house after house to give us a virtual tour and give us the insight he saw in person that we could not. Joel went above and beyond answering calls/texts from us practically everyday and made buying a house fun and enjoyable. Can’t recommend him enough and will be working with him again in the future!

I would highly recommend Joel Oakland for anyone who is wanting to sell a house or property! He was very informative, helpful, explained things so that I could understand the entire process one step at a time. He had my best interest at heart through the entire process of selling my home. He kept me updated every step of the way and answered any questions or concerns that I had through text messages, emails, and by phone. Joel was so good with my girlfriend and I during the process of purchasing our duplex. Not only was he there for us during the entire process, updating us almost daily, and there at any time of the night, he also has been there for us multiple times after the closing helping with filing claims for our home warranty, putting me in touch with contractors he uses and trusts, and so so much more. I appreciate everything he did and does for us and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy property.

When I decided that I was done renting & wanted to start looking at a home to buy, Joel & his team were recommended to me through a friend of my sister. Joel contacted me that same day I started contacting agents.
Since I was looking to buy in Spokane but not from here I was really nervous about how this process would go. Joel made the process easy & helped calm my nerves. He helped me put a list of houses together to look at when I came to town. The search began & looking at houses was so much fun...laughter included. I could tell he wanted me to find a home that fit my family...he learned our likes & dislikes quickly. The 1st home I wanted didnt work out & the 2nd home I wanted didnt feel right after putting an offer in. Joel understood & helped me rebuild a list of houses to look at. 3rd time is a charm because I am now in a beautiful home that fits perfectly & my family & I are unbelievably happy.
Joel was always so responsive, efficient, honest, fun & friendly. He answered EVERY question I had (there was a lot), concerns & calmed my nerves (a lot of that too). He wasnt just a stranger trying to get me to buy a house but a friend helping me find MY home. He was with me from the VERY beginning of my process, through closing, moving day, & even after with recommendations for a few things I needed.
I have already recommended Joel to family & friends & will continue to do so with high praise.
