Joel holds an active real estate sales license with Berkshire Hathaway (License #: 713880) and has been in commercial real estate since 2001 as a senior manager with world-class commercial real estate investments companies with a combined $120B+ in assets.
With his passion for building long-term relationships and helping people and companies achieve their real estate goals, along with his experience and work ethic, Joel exceeds the competition. Joel knows real estate in the entirety of Dallas-Fort Worth with a special focus on Frisco where he lives with his wife and two kids.
Joel has successfully added value to real estate investments for institutional and private equity investors, with deep and broad experience acquiring, financing, managing, leasing and developing properties. Property type expertise includes residential, multifamily, retail, self storage, mobile homes, office, hotel, land and industrial. Prior companies include Colony Capital (merged with NorthStar), Prudential, Olympus Real Estate Partners, Crescent Real Estate Equities and Bain & Company. Joel lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife Erin and their two children. Joel is a graduate of the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Joel moved to Austin, Texas in 1995, to Dallas in 1999 and to Frisco in 2010. Joel also lived and worked in Europe in the country of Luxembourg from 2014 – 2017. Joel enjoys sports and traveling with his family, investing in real estate, giving to charities, and is a member of Grace Avenue Methodist Church in Frisco.
