We haven't known Joel long, only a few weeks while looking at homes on the Gulf Coast of Fl. Joel has shown us homes in Carrabelle, Apalachicola, Port St. Joe, and even Youngstown. He's willing to show us homes no matter where we want to go. He's always friendly, genuine and happy to help us. He truly puts his customer first. I've worked with other agents who are only looking for the money they can make when a home sells and not what's best for the buyer. Joel is different; he researches the home, he checks with the listing agent for any info he can find on the home, he checks the market price of other homes that have recently sold in the area. I feel as if Joel is working for me, that his customer is his main priority. I know Joel will help us find the perfect home at the best price and we look forward to his continued assistance.
