Joel is the most amazing realtor I’ve had the pleasure of working with! He is extremely attentive to detail and is ALWAYS available to assist. He helped me find my place when I was 8 months pregnant and managed to get me in my apartment within a month . I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Joel. He is extremely reliable , knowledgeable, responsive, resourceful and an overall amazing realtor. Definitely work with Joel when looking for your new apartment/ home !!!

At the time of meeting Joel, my initial thoughts were, I am not in the market for a realtor. I had the vacancy but I also had potential tenants. Admittedly, my knowledge of how Joel could help me was very limited. But I’m glad to say, he far exceeded my expectations.

After Joel listened intently to what my needs were, he made suggestions and offered his services. Working with Joel was seamless. He maintained a professional demeanor the entire time. He is honest, thorough and very communicative. He highlighted various ways that I can yield better results. My potential tenants also mentioned how Joel treated them with such care and kept it very professional.

I am someone who tends to ask a-lot of questions. Joel was patient and walked me through the process of our partnership multiple times. This was reassuring. As Joel’s customer, it was important to him that I was well informed.

Joel offers a competitive rate that I believe is reasonable in today’s economy. I believe Joel does what he does for the people. His desire is to merge high class tenants with equally high level apartments/landlords and keep it seamless for all parties involved.

Absolutely the Best!!! Amazing personality. Extremely Driven. Focused on getting results!!! He is extremely patient. Goes above and beyond!!! My situation was extremely unusual, but he made it happen!!! Able to work independently but communicate effectively to deliver results. I would choose Joel everytime. You cannot go wrong with Joel.
