A great person as well as a great Realtor
When the time came to sell my mom's condo in an over 55 community
JoElla was with us from beginning to end.
The condo was put on the market at the height of the pandemic and there were certain restrictions on the sale of the condo due to Houseing Authority rules.
JoElla navigated through all of the intricacies and parties involved.
JoElla always kept me up to date during the showing and once we finally had a qualified buyer.
Her input on selling the condo was invaluable.
If not for JoElla's knowledge and perseverance the condo would still be on the market.

JoElla was our broker and we just closed on my mom's townhouse in Cortlandt, full ask! She is very knowledgeable about this area. She is very responsive, punctual and professional . She gives her opinion and recommendation but also listens to what you want to do. She was the perfect balance in that respect. If my family moves to Westchester, I would 100% work with her again.
