Joetta Winter

Joetta’s desire to become a Professional in the Real Estate Industry started about 22 years ago. She had recently located to Fresno from Southern California and started working part time at a bank. She had always loved going to open houses and was intrigued with the "ins and outs" of Real Estate. Joetta’s passion is getting to know people, helping them, and developing relationships. She obtained her Real Estate license in December of 1992 and never looked back.

Joetta’s philosophy is that every one of her buyers or sellers are treated with the utmost value and respect. Joetta takes pride in the high quality of service she gives her clients before, during and after the transaction. Joetta has experience in residential, multi-units and land. She has excellent negotiation and communication skills. She specializes in the Fresno, Clovis and adjacent areas. Joetta is a member of the Fresno Association of Realtors, California, and National Association of Realtors. She is a past MLS committee member and a past local Director for the Fresno Board.
