Working with Joey was amazing, especially as a first time homebuyer. We collaborated to quickly see my home and pursue it. Joey used his knowledge of the current market conditions to negotiate a killer deal for me, including the seller credit to buy down my rate.

Since we moved so quickly, when he was out of town he made sure his teammate could cover for him so we didn't miss a beat to see the home, put an offer in and close in under 30 days.

Joey went above and beyond as a realtor. He collaborated with me on an effective marketing strategy including staging, pictures, walkthroughs, virtual tours and online marketing which resulted in a cash sale of 55k over asking price with very limited inspection items for me to take care of and a closing that only took two weeks. I would highly recommend The Property Somm to anyone in search of a quality realtor.

Joey Hoisescu was our realtor. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He listened to our wants and needs for a future home. He was willing to setup times to look at houses asap. He gave his honest opinion on houses even if it differed from our opinions which was refreshing. Joey is definitely someone you want on your side. He negotiated a below-asking-price offer + a $15,000 seller credit to cover closing costs and rate buy down. He also came to our exiting condo to give us his opinion on selling vs renting. We ended up renting in the hot market and got 22% above mortgage. Lastly, his lender recommendation was incredible throughout the entire process.

Joey is a fantastic agent. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, and has a network of resources at his fingertips. Joey helped me in through buying and selling. Despite buying in a highly competitive market and selling as interest rates climbed both transactions were seamless. I think there are three qualities that set Joey apart: 1. his perseverance: he won't give up until he has you in your dream home and 2. his patience: he gets that real-estate isn't always just business there can be emotions and attachment with homes. I think that is important in an agent - being able to balance knowledge of a smart investment/financial decision and also navigating the interpersonal aspects of buying/selling. Finally - he is accountable and reliable even after the transaction is done. For example, he's continually helped me identify contractors for home improvements well after the purchase of the home.

Joey is your guy. He is very knowledgeable of real estate market trends and gave us some great advice on when, how and at what price to list our house. He’s not only super knowledgeable but he’s very responsive either by text or phone and goes out of his way to answer all the questions. He’s very charismatic and driven. He can coordinate any items that need to be done post inspection to keep the contract period moving along quickly. He makes it as easy as selling a house can be and with two young kids, it was such a relief to work with him.
