Joseph is amazing and I can't say how much I appreciate him helping me find my new home!! He was extremely easy to get in touch with and was always available to answer any questions. He made me feel at ease with the whole process in this crazy market. Joseph was able to intuitively use all of my wants and needs to find me my perfect place! I can't recommend Joseph highly enough!

Joseph Molosky is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with as he is compassionate, understanding, professional, and will go out of his way to provide what is needed to his clients. I know I had him check out several different listings and send me pictures and videos and he never complained. He also never complained about it. I will say that he is very knowledgeable and he keeps his website promptly updated. I had the experience of finding my apartment on his site the day it was listed by the owner and was able to grab it.

He will answer questions and he makes himself available all times of the day (and night). I was so nervous about moving and after talking to Joseph—he also goes by Joey—I became much less nervous about uprooting my life and moving to Charlotte. It’s a decision that I have never regretted.

If you are not serious about moving, Joey may be a little much for you to handle as he is very passionate about what he does. And there is no question that is off limits.

I simply cannot recommend Joseph Molosky enough. His passion and dedication to the real estate market of Charlotte. Even if he doesn’t specifically cover an area, he will still go out his way to assist. Can’t beat that!

Working with Joseph was like a breath of fresh air. We have moved across country a couple times and finding a new place was always the worst part. When we decided - yet again - to pack all of our things and move to charlotte; Joseph immediately went to work finding us multiple options in our price range. He sincerely, and happily, went above and beyond to make our experience as low stress as possible. He made himself available at all times and answered QUITE a few questions we had. His charismatic energy and upbeat personality were just icing on the cake. If we ever need a realtor again - he will be our first and only call.
