Johana Troutman

Born in Cali, Colombia but raised in Miami, FL Johana relocated to Charlotte where she attended Queen’s University, earning her degree in Business, with a mixed concentration in accounting and marketing. Upon graduating she worked as Product Manager for a tech startup, Innovia Home until Georgia Pacific acquired it. Being raised in a real estate family, she was surrounded by development in commercial properties, such as land, rentals, small hotels, and warehouses, to name a few, and so decided to get her license for investment purposes.

She joined a local firm where she gained considerable expertise in high-demand neighborhoods as well as significant insight into relocation. Married to a local Charlottean, they have two daughters, Sofia, and Gabriela, and currently reside in Myers Park. In her spare time, she volunteers at her children’s school, and as a tutor at Faith, Hope and Love Mentoring, and enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family.
