Johanna is a great agent. She takes her time and explains the whole process. From the very beginning she took us by the hand and helped my husband and I get our first home. She guided us and gave us her best advice. Especially with the current market it was very hard for us to find a home, but she made it happen and we are very happy to be where we are thanks to her. She’s friendly and always has a smile on her face. We are going to definitely work with her again and be recommending her to friends and family.

Johanna came highly recommended by a friend. Johanna was a pleasure to work with, from the beginning of the sale process until it sold and she sold it unbelievably quickly. After all of the prep work, the house was put out on the market and the offer came in within one day after it went online. Throughout the escrow process she was giving us updates regularly. Very easy and painless experience. Highly recommended !!!

Johanna is very professional, knowledgeable and understands what her client wants. As a first time buyer, I was very nervous and frustrated with the current market, lots of negotiations. So, I selected her for this job. Very next day, i found my place and in the same day, my offer was accepted. The whole process took less than a month. She was available whenever I need her for any questions. She is a good communicator and took care of HOA, Escrow and lender for any questions. I highly recommend her for this job.

Johanna really impressed us by her knowledge and integrity. She told us our house would sell fast and above listed price. We followed her advise in preparing the house and listed on Thursday. Even with COVID restrictions we had a busy showing over the weekend and got 3 offers between Monday and Tuesday.
Johanna walked us through the entire process and was always available to answer our questions. Selling/buying is a stressful situation but with Johanna by our side everything seemed to go smooth.
We highly recommend Johanna and will refer her to anyone in need of a Realtor.
