John Baun

A native of Pittsburgh and graduate of Grove City College, John brings 40 years of commercial banking and over 25 years commercial real estate experience to ACRES.

As the founder of ACRES in 1995 and Broker of Record, he also maintains a successful financial brokerage–Baun Mortgage. John has been developing office parks in the North Hills since 1987, and is best known for developing the Class A, Stonewood East Corporate Centre and Copperleaf Corporate Center in Wexford, PA. John is also an active member of his church and a long-time member of the Grove City Entrepreneurial Advisory Board, where he mentors young entrepreneurial men and women.
