John Bond

John Bond is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker of Cape Canaveral Real Estate (CCRE). Additionally, he is a former elected Mayor Pro Tem and Commissioner as well as a former Chair of the Board of Adjustment in the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.

CCRE is a full service brokerage company located in Cape Canaveral, FL. However, John has a excellent working knowledge of the entire state, especially the Brevard county, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Daytona Beach, Miami-Dade, Jacksonville, and Naples areas. Past assignments include most of those areas.

Real estate experience includes listing, selling, and managing properties, both commercial and residential. He has an excellent working knowledge of both littoral (ocean) and riparian (river) rights and limitations.

His past experience includes an eight-year tour as Director of Maritime Operations and Development for a national real estate investment and development company. John was also very fortunate to have worked at the Kennedy Space Center on NASA's Space Shuttle program for several years.
