John Brummer

John has grown up in the real estate industry and within his first four years of being a licensed Real Estate Professional, he has earned the distinction of being named Rookie of the Year and Realtor of the Year for Sierra Nevada Realtors®.

John received his Masters of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina, and lived in New York where he worked successfully as an actor having television, off-broadway and many regional theatre credits.

His years working in New York City helped John to develop his excellent skills as a communicator and negotiator and taught him skills in sales, marketing, and customer service in one of the most discerning markets in the country. While in New York, he also learned the importance of privacy and discretion.

Having grown up in the digital age, John brings a clear understanding of new media, and what it takes to either gain attention as a listing, or filter through options as a buyer. The Brummer Group places a great value on every means of marketing, digital, print media, and of course social media interactions. John helps The Brummer Group’s clientele, whether buyer or seller, by leveraging all available tools and resources to yield a positive result.

John is a family man who understands the important choices his clients will need to make to satisfy their investment or dwelling needs in an ever-changing, and competitive real estate market. He believes firmly in helping his community and teaches children in Carson City Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the Charles Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy where he holds a blue belt.
