John Chandler

John Chandler is the founder of Chandler Construction, established in 2013. He began his career in construction as a summer laborer in 1999 in his hometown of Blacksburg, Virginia. After graduating from Randolph-Macon College, he joined 84 Lumber, where he supplied building materials to some of Richmond’s most notable builders, before moving into onsite construction management for a local developer. This diverse background gives John a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a client-first approach to every project. He believes that listening to clients’ needs is the foundation for creating homes that reflect their unique vision, regardless of size or budget. John resides in Midlothian with his wife and two children.
