John Ciepiela

A realtor since 2004, John works hard building a large network of buyers and sellers from the ground up. His reputation and dedication as a full-time realtor in the community has secured him strong relationships with both his clients and local professionals. John has consistently ranked in the top five percent of all real estate agents throughout Berkshire County.

John is always looking to educate himself as much as possible to better serve his clients. John realized that many clients were in financial distress, and unsure of their options. John wanted answers for these clients and got further education in not only the foreclosure process, but the short sale process as well. John earned the designation of Loss Mitigation Specialist (LMC) with the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and currently works with several banks including Bank of America, Chase, and numerous local banks to help clients avoid foreclosure. Many local attorneys and realtors consult with John on a regular basis pertaining to distressed properties. John is currently preparing to acquire his broker’s license.

John believes a well-balanced realtor provides not only excellent service to his clients but should also be able to secure ample time with his family and still volunteer and give back to the community. Since John’s career launched in 2004, John has been involved with The United Way, Unico, and The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Currently, John was invited to join a local group called the Westside Legends as a Realtor partner, and he also consults with the leadership group on real estate trends, and advice.

In 2023, John started a community outreach program, the Brighter Futures Foundation as part of the Westside Legends to encourage and foster positive self-actions with local children directed towards positive lifelong changes.

John currently resides in Windsor with his wife, Kellie, of 33 years, and together they started a property management company, JK Rental Properties, to assist their investment clients.
