About John

John Clark is a straight shooter. He likes to help people and laugh with them along the way. He never sells buyers on a property. Instead, he points out the positives and goes out of his way to point out all the things that could affect them while they are living there, and things that could affect them resale-wise when it is time for them to sell. He has a YouTube channel he used Long before COVID to video preview properties for clients who cannot make it to see them in person. He comes from a family of realtors and has been involved in real estate since around 2000 and licensed since 2006. He would treat your referrals as if he were working with a family member. A lot of brokers in this business say, "they go the extra mile", but John really does.
