John joined @properties in 2006, he has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 with the National Association of Realtors®.
John previously worked for Equity Lifestyle Properties Inc., (NYSE: ELS) a self administered REIT an ELS with a controlling interest in 275 quality communities in 25 states and British Columbia consisting of over 100,000 sites.
John graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology with a B.A. in Management Accountancy. He was a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CGMA), the American Institute of CPA's and National Association of Realtors.
John’s specialty is finding development land, marketing new construction condos and finding investment properties for clients that outperform the market.
