He is an extremely talented realtor that provides relevant data (appraisals, financing options, insurance brokers, etc) and also has and is willing to provide industry contacts to other realtors when necessary to assure that deals get done and closed.

John was amazing to work with. Being a Loan Officer we really rely on the Realtors being our boots on the ground to help our Veterans. John went above and beyond to help our mutual Veteran to get in their forever home. We had to jump through a lot of hoops in Underwriting and the Veterans were not computer savvy, he always went out of his way to meet them and help them upload documents and understand what was needed. He also came out after the they closed on the home to help them get their dishwasher working. He is always available to answer calls and very kind to the whole team. Consider him for all your Realtor needs!

You don’t meet many genuine people these days. John is the exception. Some realtors will try and sell you on every house you look at. John’s not like that. He will show you the potential a house has but won’t try to shove it down your throat. If the house isn’t for you, he knows it and he’ll tell you. That’s what a good real estate agent is like. I’ve used John 3 times to buy, sell, buy and EVERY SINGLE time he has made the experience as easy & seamless as possible.
