John is widely recognized for his transformative impact on workplace design, leasing, construction, maintenance, and environmental management. A pioneer in commercial real estate innovation, he has driven the development of cutting-edge real estate processes and IT systems. As a subject matter expert in AI-enabled smart building applications, John has received numerous industry awards that acknowledge his significant contributions across the real estate sector.
Since 2016, John has leveraged this rich experience into his second career. He currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Century 21 and is President of his own Consulting and Development firm. John has established himself as a top-producing broker, executing transactions across diverse market segments, including Medical, Agriculture, Industrial, Resort and Glamping facilities, Retail, large subdivisions, Apartment Complexes, and both Multi- and Single-Family Residential properties.
