We did not have our own broker when we purchased a unit where John was the sellers’ broker. John was always very responsive, and helped us not only with the board package (a burden even at the best of times) but also with many contractor visits that we made before settlement in anticipation of a renovation project. Our transaction spanned a changeover in the managing agent, a situation that lengthened the time between going into contract and completing the transaction. John kept his cool and kept the transaction moving to the best of his ability under trying circumstances. Thank you, John!

My wife and I could not be happier to recommend John Do, who has been our real estate agent twice now.  The first time as buyers the second as sellers.  Our first transaction was relatively simple as NYC co-op transactions go, but as first-time home buyers, we relied on John heavily for his guidance, wealth of knowledge, and fastidious attention to detail.   All of John’s great attributes were doubly important when it came time for us to sell.  When the opportunity to move to a larger apartment in our building came up we turned to John to act as our selling agent.   John went above and beyond,  helping us stage our apartment using our existing furniture to maximal effect, his eye and experience no doubt contributed to the speed of the sale, which I think was a record for our building.  Our buyers had no agent and John worked as a liaison with them as well and kept our transaction on track, dutifully keeping his eye on all the details and complicated timelines, involved in the co-op process.  We will surely use John in the future and look forward to working with him again.Ryan Matta and Nicole Grieco

Also, he has a knack of knowing what will suit you so no time is wasted looking at unsuitable apartments. Plus, he is fun to be with and talk to.
