John Doyon

John joined MCB in 1991 and works within the investment, office, retail, industrial and hospitality sectors from southern Maine north to the Bangor area. His focus is financial analysis and tax deferred exchanges. John holds the CCIM designation earned by only a small percentage of commercial brokers nationwide. His professional involvement and achievements include the following past and present positions/titles: Corporator, Androscoggin Savings Bank; Maine Commercial Broker of the Year; President of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors; Director, Maine Association of Realtors Charitable Giving Foundation; Educational Committee Member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in Chicago; National Association of REALTORS Capitol Hill lobbying team; Director of the Turning Point Fund and the Family Crisis Services Unsung Hero Award both involving contributions in the field of domestic violence and University of Maine Outstanding Alumni Award. John is an avid skier and spends his free time with his wife, Sue Ellen, at their home at Sugarloaf.
