Before earning my California real estate license in 2013, I completed my BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing from California State University, Fullerton. I then attended the reputable Pepperdine University in Malibu, where I earned an MBA with specialization in entrepreneurship and marketing. After graduate school, I worked in corporate finance and budgeting for 20 years where I developed outstanding negotiation skills. In fact, I produced, reviewed and negotiated over $100 million in contracts on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies. I decided to transition to real estate because I love seeing clients, friends, and family realize their dreams of home ownership: “Anytime I can help someone achieve the American Dream, it brings a huge smile to my face!”

I take great pride in my close ties to the Southern California neighborhoods I serve, which include the city of Cypress and the surrounding communities of Rossmoor, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, Huntington Beach as well as Long Beach. I have lived in Cypress for over 35 years, one of the few agents who grew up in the area, so I’m very familiar with all the different models of homes in the various tracts.
