John Gillespie

Hello I am John Gillespie. I am a nice guy. I am the Broker in Charge of EXIT Realty of Greenwood Inc. I have a B.S.E.M. degree from WVU. I attended a Masters of Engineering program there also. I was an E.I.T. in WV. I have worked in the past as general contractor. I am a Loan Officier. I have worked as a Real Estate Agent for 8+ years.

I think the competing agents and their clients are not as smart as they think they are (and I have Proof!), But I will work to prove that to you. I plan on my clients winning their real estate negotiations, although not necessarily by absolutely decimating the other party. (Their agent is fair game.) I will be moral, ethical, smart, and crafty on my clients behalf. I have not always beat the other agent but I haven't lost to one, yet. I have put together deals where both sides were stubborn, unmoving, and the other agents had gave up. Never say 'never', say 'how else?'. I have sold $750,000 homes and $7500 homes. I have negotiated Commercial and Residential properties.
