John Gonzalez

In addition to being a licensed REALTOR, I am also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland. I am familiar with all aspects of land development including, but not limited to, zoning, feasibility studies and due diligence, technical design such as grading, roads, utilities, and stormwater management, and entitlements. I am interested in helping people with their real estate needs, be it finding the ideal home, or finding out how property can be developed.
