This is an honest real review. I’m going to keep it simple and short. John made buying our second home really easy. His market knowledge in the area we wanted to live in (40515/Veterans Park) was miles above the rest. And that’s what we wanted. Someone who knew the ins and outs of this specific area. I really don’t think we could have picked a better agent than John. He was super chill, available anytime we needed him. He made buying our second home almost effortless, like really easy . Id also like to mention that he just gave off this “good vibe” all the time. John has been our realtor for both of our houses. This past year we built a new house and sold our old one and needed to get both done in a very tight timeline so we didn’t have to rent or make arrangements to stay somewhere else until the house was finished. We also had a complication of a water main break weeks before listing which wasn’t going to be resolved before we had to get the house on the market. It was a very stressful time, and potentially could have ended up costing valuable time and considerable money if the process didn’t go smoothly. John was able to negotiate us a deal to sell our house for a considerable profit, and was able to get it so we closed on the sale of our house on the same day we signed on our new house. He was always available to keep us in the loop during this process, I can’t say I wasn’t very nervous but he came through with flying colors. He did it for us and can do it for you.
