John Hyman has a wealth of experience in the retail and commercial real estate industry in Joplin. With over 35 years of experience as a business owner and operator, he has developed a strong understanding of the local market.
In 2014, after a two-year break, John joined a real estate office that had no commercial presence. However, he quickly established a successful commercial division from scratch. Within a short period, he secured multiple commercial listings and closed sales, earning a reputation as a reliable and proficient commercial agent. Notably, he also closed the largest transaction in that company’s 55-year history during this time.
Building on his achievements, John decided to join a commercial-only office in Joplin. Leveraging his listings, closed sales, and extensive client base, he became a consistent top-three producer in the Joplin/Neosho/Carthage commercial market.
Seeking a more diverse environment, John made the decision to become the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Andrew Bright & Associates. This new role provided him with additional services to offer his clients, including new commercial construction and property management, all available in one office.
In addition to his many successful listings, John is also the exclusive representative for the Wildwood Ranch Development, the largest planned development in Missouri located in Joplin. Of the original 2,064-acre master-planned development featuring residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial land, approximately 800 acres remain for sale as of 2023.
