John is a seasoned real estate professional whose business career has included: housing market analysis as an economist with the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); experience as a Vice President and Real Estate Loan Officer with European American Bank (EAB) lending for single family home development, rental apartment buildings, office, retail, and industrial properties throughout the New York metropolitan area; and coordinating the real estate risk management process with the bond analysis team at Standard & Poor’s (S&P) for commercial properties located throughout the United States.
