John Kobierowski

John has enjoyed a 27+ year career in Multifamily Advisory, Brokerage, development, syndication and ownership with an emphasis on brokerage. In his tenure, closing over 1,400+ multifamily transactions with clients ranging from National, Institutional Owners to regional syndicators and local operators. Prior to forming ABI Multifamiy, John was the Principal of Oppidan Partners, a Phoenix based boutique Multifamily Advisory firm. John was also a founding partner and advisor at Hendricks & Partners (Berkadia), based in the corporate office, where he was consistently one of the most active brokers during his 15+ year tenure. A graduate of Arizona State University John holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and has lived with his family in Arizona since 1988.
