After attending college in picturesque Winooski, Vermont, I fulfilled my dream of living in New York City. There, I started out working in restaurants, learning every aspects of the business, and eventually saved enough money to start my own. Seeking more space for my family, I moved to the Hudson Valley in 1990 and opened my first restaurant in Red Hook, NY, which I operated for 18 years. I currently live on a small farm in Tivoli where we raise horses, sheep, and chickens.

As a buyer of both commercial and residential properties, I recognize how important location is when it comes to starting your business or finding your dream home.
