John Lovio

John Lovio is from Morgantown, WV and is a graduate of West Virginia University Magna Cum Laude receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. As a Marketing major, he specialized in Professional Sales and obtained a minor in Hospitality & Tourism.

Upon college completion John furthered his education as a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), obtained his certified Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, and is a GREEN designee. He maintains membership as part of the Morgantown Board of REALTORS®, the West Virginia Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

First time home buyers are one of John’s specializations. As a young adult and homeowner himself, he can relate to many of the fears first time buyers face. He has effectively helped many first time buyers find a place to call home in his career and received 5 STAR REVIEWS. As Blue Sky Realty’s Director of Marketing & Recruitment, John handles all graphic and print design projects, social media management, email campaigns, photography and 3D imaging of active listings, recruitment of new team members, and new agent training for the company.

John’s favorite part about the real estate industry is getting to see the amazing architectural & interior design of homes across North Central, WV while getting the best deal possible for his clients. In his spare time he enjoys catching up with family and friends, boating on Cheat lake in the summer, golfing, skiing, traveling, meeting new people, and trying out new restaurants.
