John was the selling agent in a home we bought a few years back and was so lovely when we met him then, he was the first agent I thought of when putting my Dad's home on the market. My Dad is very opinionated, slightly stubborn, and had his own ideas on the sale of his home which John listened to with an open mind and with patience and understanding always. He put my Dad (and me!) at ease at every single turn. Always calm, always kind, and always listening. It all went so smooth - John made it appear effortless but I know he worked tirelessly for us. Nothing but five stars for Liz and her amazing team! On my very first day of home searching, Liz was able to book in viewings for a few spots I'd found, and that evening, we had an offer ready to go. Liz is so thorough and thoughtful and willing to help her clients through every step of the process. I really felt like I had tons of support, from a blue tape buddy during walkthroughs to the eternally patient explanations as we got through all the checkpoints involved in buying a home, to the various market checks she did to make sure the offer was a solid one. I'm sure there were a million other things Liz did behind the scenes, too.

This was my first time buying a home, and if I ever go through this process again, I'm 100% calling Liz.

We had SUCH an excellent experience with Liz and her team! This was my second home purchase (first with Liz), and I don't think things could've gone any smoother. Even in this difficult buyers market, she made things go quickly and easily. The biggest surprise for me was her willingness to spend AMPLE amounts of time with us, explaining options, offering suggestions, and ensuring that we were updated and comfortable with how things were progressing. I NEVER felt like she was trying to get me off the phone quickly; she even took phone/video calls late into the nights and weekends to fit our schedule! I had a fantastic, smooth first time home buying experience with Liz. I won my first offer even though there was a higher competing offer with an appraisal contingency waiver.As far as I can tell, this was due to Liz researching comps in the area, coming up with an offer strategy, and building a relationship with the listing agent.

Throughout the whole process, Liz was patient with all my questions and prompt with any follow ups. While viewing places, she discussed potential issues she saw. Overall, the entire process was stress free thanks to Liz.

Among many great qualities: she'll take the time to listen and understand for what you're really looking for; she'll offer genuine suggestions and opinions without the awkward pushing or pressuring; she'll surface concerns you didn't even know existed; she's patient, hard-working, and will go the extra mile from the very beginning of screening potential homes to the very end when you get your keys.

Her #1 best trait is the level of communication and care she provides with the listing agent. That doesn't go unnoticed from other agents, and can often provide the tiebreaker in today's competitive market. In our specific scenario, it was certainly a factor in helping us win a close bidding war.

A time crunch in today's market is exactly what you don't want, but that's what we came to John and Liz with and they were able to help us sell our house and buy a new one with time (and a bit of sanity) to spare!

John was our agent when buying our first house almost five years ago, which we had no business getting (escalations were also quite normal then, and we came into the market with a very modest first time buyer's budget.) We absolutely LOVED that house, but after finding out we were expecting a new baby, we knew the size would no longer work for us.

We got serious about selling our home and buying a new one in early April. John did a walk through and gave us solid advice on things that needed to be fixed before listing. Once we got it on the market, John's tenacious efforts to drum up interest and spirited negotiations between the multiple offers got us a fair price PLUS two months lease back, so that we wouldn't have to worry about moving twice so late in my pregnancy.

Given my impending due date (at this point I was about six months pregnant), we were extremely anxious about finding a new place in time to get settled before the baby arrived. Lo and behold, the same week our house was sold, John and Liz showed us a BEAUTIFUL 150 year old farmhouse that checked all of our boxes AND they helped us get it for an extremely palatable price. We closed at the end of June, meaning the entire buying/selling process took only three months!

John's counsel is really what sets him apart from other realtors. He didn't always tell us what we wanted to hear, but he was honest about what it would take to win and where our money would work the hardest for us long-term. It helped save us from wasting precious time in an extremely competitive market. We'd recommend John and Liz to anyone in any circumstance -- they will be incredible advocates for you in your real estate journey!

Liz works with you to know your personality and likings to come up with a list of potential home and then gives a wonderful walkthrough of the interior of the house making sure it fits your needs and desires.

Liz and John were both amazing and fun to work with. Liz really listened and understood my requirements for the type of house I was searching for. I was vacillating between an empty lot and a fixer in Seattle where I knew there would be huge competition from contractors and flippers. But she hung in there and found the perfect one. When it came time to make the offer with dreaded escalation clause, they really helped me out with the “game”. And I have to say that they really pulled a rabbit out of the hat when they actually negotiated a deal that got me into the house! It was 10:30 at night but they did not give up.
