John Martindale

As a Realtor, with more than 20 years in the industry, John Martindale has participated in more than 1,800 transactions. With expertise in residential brokerage, receivership brokerage, and commercial and vacant land transactions. John has been licensed and working full-time in the Southern California Region for his entire real estate career, representing home sellers and buyers, large and small institutions, and court-appointed receivers, Mr. Martindale has the knowledge and experience to successfully market assets for his clients and consistently obtain the highest price possible.

With his construction background, John also oversees rehabilitation projects from inception to completion for his clients. His knowledge and demonstrated ability to orchestrate rehabilitation projects led him to receivership brokerage services. 5-plus years in this niche market have allowed him to grow and better serve his clients.

John is GS Strategies’ office manager and oversees the real estate transactions and activities of the real estate team.
