I cannot say enough good things about John! My significant other and I met John about a year and a half before we had any plans of selling our two properties with the plan of eventually buying a house together. John came over did a market analysis of my significant others home and gave us some pointers on where to put our money to improve minor issue, at the time we were not selling and John went above and beyond to help us with potentially nothing to gain. Once we were finally ready to put the home on the market we did not hesitate to use John. He was kind and very knowledgeable about the market, every step of the way John rocked it! He sold our property within record time and cared about us as human beings. 6 months later we started looking occasionally at houses coming on the market, we were doing minor repairs on our second house to get it ready to eventually list. At this time “we were not looking to buy” (let’s be honest we were but didn’t know it ourselves) my significant other and I had multiple different ideas on the perfect house making it very difficult to pin point what we would actually buy. We would find a property we were interested in and at a moment’s notice John would get us in. John could of put pressure on us multiple times to buy houses that were not right for us but John didn’t, he cared about us and wanted us to buy the house that fit our direct needs and long term goals. John didn’t want us to settle for something and regret it later, John must have walked us through a ton of houses and did so with a smile on his face, when it came time to buy John was on it and we got our dream home. After buying we still had our second property to list and sell John again was great he got it on the market in record time seeing as we were really not fully prepared to list it and it sold within 24hours of hitting the market after the fact we started doing renovations on our new home (it had an unfinished basement) John was very interested in our progress and offered to come out and do an analysis once our unfinished level was completed so we could see the benefits of the remodel we were doing, we were again impressed with John, he cares about us and is excited about what we are doing in our home. Thank you so much John for everything you do you have earned a customer for life with us!

John is not your average realtor. He consistently went above and beyond for us. He genuinely cares about his clients. Need to look at a house 30 minutes from Sioux Falls? He will beat you there to show you it. In this market, responsiveness is extremely important. John goes the extra mile, or 30, to help his clients.
