John is like many family-oriented adults, in that their hobbies and interest are influenced by their children. Boating, sporting events, and personal chauffeur to the kid’s activities are what keeps him busy during windows of opportunity. He is also a late bloomer in hockey world. A new hockey rink in town a few years ago led him to pick up a hockey stick for the first time and he has since become a player and even bigger fan of the sport.
