Thanks to John's availability around the clock and any day of the week, I was able to find my perfect house in a rough market. My wife and I were looking for a house as first-time home buyer. John was very honest in telling us when a house was not the one, and telling us to keep looking, as you can imagine as first-time home buyers we wanted to jump at every house with a fresh paint job. Luckily, we listened to John's advice every time and he was able to find us the perfect house we wanted. John did whatever it took to make sure he got us in the house we wanted, which included a Friday night meeting around 7-8 pm. John knows many loaners as well and was able to get us set up with a perfect mortgage loaner. We will be recommending John and Sheryl to anyone who may be looking.

They helped us find a gem (with an in-ground pool!) ! Friendly and great customer service. They had a wealth of local knowledge in helping us find first-class service providers. The closing only meant the deal was done but the work of John and Sheryl continued as they helped us settle in, checked in on us and ensured we were happy Illinois home owners. Background - I was seller for a single-family property that needed to move quickly, without cutting any corners. My last home sale was in the 1990’s.
I interviewed several realtors and signed on with John and Sheryl because of their approach to a home sale (i.e., their product) and their reputation for successful sales.

They came on board for an appropriate fee and did a superb job throughout the listing and selling process. The listing resulted in multiple offers being presented; all were above listing price and all were from qualified buyers. After selecting an offer, their experience and network helped me work through the few minor items to be completed before closing. The closing occurred on schedule and in a timely manner, to the satisfaction of all parties.

I recommend John and Sheryl to a home owner or buyer wishing to create a successful sale or purchase.

Initially, we asked John to help us find a new home very quickly as we needed to relocate to Rockford with very little notice. John moved quick, found us several properties to visit, and made every accommodation for our very tight schedule.
