I give John Pignatelli my highest recommendation as a real estate agent and as a person. He is kind, knowledgeable in his field, and extremely helpful. I not only purchased a property with him, but I was fortunate enough to list and sell one with him, as well. The turnaround time was only 4 months. He assisted me with finding contractors to do the necessary repairs I needed and came over to fix a few minor things himself so that we could make our settlement date.

We engaged John to sell our house in Warminster after interviewing a number of other realtors. We could not be happier with his work. He's very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Selling our house came with some unique challenges as it is a 200+ year old house. John skillfully marketed the property's most unique features and had the house under contract in approximately 6 weeks. He even showed up the day we were moving to wish us well and to see if we needed any extra help, which we did. I could not have asked for more from a realtor. John listed my husband's aunt's home in Warminster after she had passed away. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and most of all very punctual. He gave us great advice on how to get the house ready too! He totally worked around our schedules and got to work immediately. The house was sold within weeks! We couldn't believe how fast it sold! Especially, with the state of the real estate market. We were very happy! In fact, the following year, we called John again. My mother-in law wanted to sell her home and we suggested John. I was looking to get the services of a knowledgeable agent in the Warminster area to sell my deceased Mom's house. After doing research on 20 or so agents, I narrowed the list to three. John was one of them who I wanted to speak with before signing a listing agreement. I was completely impressed. John kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond what one would expect from a real estate agent. His knowledge of the local market, coupled with familiarity with the various administrative personnel at the Township Building, the License & Inspection Department, and all the inspectors ensured that things would move forward. His attention to detail, clear lines of communication, and an always available attitude were most appreciated. I did not expect this level of service, but am grateful that I did. He is at the top of my list going forward. John sold the house for more than the value that had been assigned by the various real-estate sites (and substantially higher than other unsolicited offers I had received). The glitch-free settlement capped off an experience that could have been difficult given the untimely death of my Mom, but John was incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone to either buy or sell another house.

John did amazing work for me!! I purchased a house in foreclosure and there were so so many issues that arose with the selling bank, right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. John was able to handle every one of them and I was able to close on my house as scheduled. I have recommended John to my friends as well as my family. John sold me my first home and I would never buy another one without him. I'm sure I drove him slightly crazy being nervous to do this on my own for the first time but he put me at ease and really guided me through the whole process. There were never any stupid questions and if I didn't get it the first time he took the time to explain it to me until I did. I felt like I was dealing with family the way he looked after the whole deal. I'm sure there's a lot of great realtors out there but he is definitely one of the best.
