John Prather

John Prather has over a decade worth of experience in real estate. As a native of Atlanta, his background gives him a competitive edge in finding innovative ways to meet your real estate goals. He graduated from Georgia Southern University and Kennesaw State University with a degree in Management.

John entered the real estate business framing houses, building restaurants and night clubs, and then began renovating homes to round out his knowledge from the foundation to the shingles. He completed real estate appraisal school in 2002 and real estate sales school in 2005, which provides an added value to his clients.
