John is the best out there hands down!! I can’t say enough about John’s expertise and professionalism!! He was always accessible whenever I had a question and was accommodating when I wanted to see a home at the spur of the moment. He has several years experience with building homes, so he knows what to look for when going through a home. If he couldn’t answer a question, which was rare, he’d find the answer.
John was my realtor in the sale of my existing home. We listed it right as the whole pandemic was building momentum early in March. He was able to sell my house in under 2 days and we even had offers over the asking price with so many bids. After that was finalized, I used John again to find a home. After going through several existing homes that I couldn’t decide on, I finally decided to build, and his expertise again was so valuable. He could locate structural issues and places where there might have been shortcuts taken, so that I could make the builder aware.
His brokerage and financial knowledge helped to make closings go smoothly.
I would use him again and would recommend him to absolutely anyone. He’s so personable and gets along with anyone. He treated us like family and wanted us to have the best experience possible. Thank you John!!

John was extremely helpful in buying the Condo we purchased. He was clearly knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the purchase. John assisted in obtaining a letter from a bank to loan me the purchase price if I didn't sell my house in time. without John's help the seller would not consider my offer. He worked with us thru every step of the purchase. He negotiated the final purchase price with the seller to my advantage. He negotiated with the seller to give some money at closing for the windows that needed to be replaced. Whenever I had a question or concern he was there to explain and sometimes just listen. He was never pushy or impatient with us. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell.. He took a lot of things off my plate so I did not have to worry about them.

I can very confidently tell that John was the secret of my successful purchase of my home at a very affordable price. if you decide to work with John, take it as granted that you are in good hands. Here is how my journey went with John. - after being disappointed by several agents , I found John and our first phone conversation went for more than 15 minutes. he collected all interests, not only the functional interests ( rooms, sq ft, price range) but also personal interests (facing, color, no bricks). - on our first meeting at a starbucks, I knew I was working with a professional, knowledgeable and dedicated agent. He came prepared with already printed information of houses that meet my criteria. - I was specifically looking for a foreclosed house , so I could get a good deal, I know I have to be patient, but more than myself, my agent needs to be more patient and knowledgeable to deal with all unexpected surprises that show up in a foreclosed home buying process. - so I came prepared to test not only John's knowledge on foreclosure process, but also his willingness to help me to go through tough foreclosure buying process. he was amazingly practical and taught me so much about foreclosures on that day and also during the 8 months period I worked with him after that ... I immediately signed the buyers contract on the same day with him and made sure he knows I am serious about working with him aggressively. - Contract writing - John pays extreme attension when it comes to contract writing. his diligence on adding special phrases in my foreclosure purchase contract has significantly helped me secure my house. talk to him about those tips. - Price Negotiation - One moment I am always thanksful to John is when he pulled me back and put lower offer than what I wanted to go for. I was worried that I may lose the house but his expertise says I may get it. he played conservatively and saved thousands of dollars for me. I dont think you will find this other agents. - closing - if there is any possible problem that can happen with home purchase closing, every one of those problems happened with me. John went to extreme ends of patience and also got all parties onto line and got it closed the day it was scheduled. trust me - 2 hours before closing time - we were sure it was not happening on that day and John pulled everyone needed together and closed it. it was almost a miracle. here I am now in my dream home, which I got at a very affordable price. Thank you John.

John was recommended to me by my mortgage broker and I'm so glad he did. He has been responsive since day one and listened to what I told him I wanted but had the insight and knowledge of the market to make great suggestions I wouldn't have thought of. He doesn't force anything on you and let's you decide for your self. With each listing we looked at he was able to hone in further on exactly what I was looking for. When it came time for making offers, he did a great job negotiating the best deal and was on top of the whole process. Not only did he do a great job in all of these areas, I think we closed in record time. ( I had a 2 month time frame to move). I have already recommended him to family and coworkers who will be in the market.

John helped us buy and sell a home recently. His experience on both sides on the transaction were tremendously helpful in negotiating with the builder as well as the buyers of our existing home. John was very helpful in the listing process including guiding us on tips for showings, following up after each showing, and providing buyer feedback. We listed our home on a Thursday and received offers from each and every showing - - our home sold the following Monday! I had met John Ressler a few years ago when our sons played on the same baseball team. After a few games I learned John is a realtor but I thought nothing of it since I didn't have any plans to buy or sell in the immediate future. Fast forward about 4 years and things had changed and I recalled how genuine John seemed to be so I gave him a call. We hired John to help us sell one home and purchase another. John was extremely instrumental in the entire process as we sold our home the 1st day it was on the market and purchased and closed on our other home in about 5 weeks. John is the best realtor we've ever used and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was always quick to respond to questions and was readily available. It's quite obvious that John takes his work seriously as a career and not just a job.

My wife and I were first time home buyers. We went in with very little information about what we wanted about a home other than something older in a specific location. John helped us not only find the perfect fit within weeks of us starting to look for a house, but helped us get the house within a very limited time frame! I cannot talk enough about the way John negotiated the sale for our price range as well as some of the out of date components (electricty, paint) of the house. John has the skills and knowledge to both help purchase and sell homes as well as the experience to guide buyers/sellers to make sure they are ready for the market as well. We expected that finding the house we wanted and selling the house we had would take a long time, but John located the house of our dreams in a matter of weeks and guided us through the process of buying it. We followed John's advice for prepping our old house for sale and got three offers within 24 hours of listing; we accepted the one above the listing price, which was already more than we thought we would get. John was honest, told us what he thought. He had suggestions. When we needed advice and information (about home repairs, etc.) he gave it to us on the spot or looked it up and got back to us.

John was the best realtor that we have ever worked with. He took the information that we provided in a house that we were looking for and sent us emails that fit our description of the type of house we wanted for our family. We contacted him and told him the houses we wanted to see that we picked from his site. He set the viewing of the houses up so quickly (even before the houses were on the market so we could have the first peek) let me tell you one thing about John… If he knows you like he came to know my family you won’t be let down. John is an open, straight forward guy who is great at what he does. He listens to his clients and is honest with you. He tells you how it is before entering a house and he was right with every house we looked at. The house we purchased John arrived at it before we did. He went in and turned lights on and scouted the house. As we pulled up to the house John came out and said this is the house for you… He was right. That was the house we purchased. In the house hunting process we had our two kids (5 years old and 1 year old) with us which made things a little difficult since we were on a time schedule we had to stay on with our 1 year old. (Otherwise she would make things very difficult) John was great with our family. He helped with the kids as my husband and I looked at the houses to see if it was something that we would like. He was there every step of the way for questions that we may have about the houses. The first time we went house hunting with John he took us to a few houses that fit us overall. We put in an offer the first day but John and my husband wanted to keep looking to see if there was something else out there in case our offer was not accepted. The next weekend before our offer on the first house was up for the seller to accept or deny we found another house that we loved more than the first house. The day after we were suppose to hear if the offer was accepted we put in an offer on the second house we found 1 week into the process of house hunting (the day we put the offer in we found out our offer on the first house was accepted but we turned it down since we liked the second house better and they were a day late from the deadline we gave them to accept. We could not be happier with the house that we are in now and we owe it all to John for being there day and night answering and advising us every step of the way.
