John Ribando

John Ribando, Executive Vice President, Residential Management, brings more than 15 years of experience working with condominium and homeowner associations (HOAs) to GNP’s residential property management team. John rose through the company’s ranks, managing a mixed portfolio of condominiums and HOAs for GNP, and now leads a team of seasoned field managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of various condominiums, homeowner associations, and multi-family community assignments. His strong interpersonal and management skills earned him the respect of our managers, residents, and association boards.

John developed these skills during a prior career in manufacturing. He also gained a broad working knowledge of mechanical systems, engineering, and finance—all of which serve him well in residential property management.

He is a licensed Illinois Community Association Manager, real estate broker, and home inspector. John also holds the professional designation, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®)—awarded by the industry’s leading professional accreditation body—signifying adherence to high professional standards of community association management.
