I had approximately 60 days before my lease ended when I decided I wanted to buy rather than continue to rent. John Robinson of Keller-William was recommended by a family member. I contacted John and with five days to spare I was moving into my brand new home.
John is knowledgeable, organized and uses the latest technology available to locate homes in all sizes and locations and; he never stops working on your behalf to make your dream of home ownership a reality.
The process was not without challenges and hurdles but once I made John aware of any problems; be it with builders, realtors or underwriting, he went to work on my behalf and before long we were moving forward again.
If someone had told me I would be able to move into any house in sixty days I would have doubted it. All I can say is; John Robinson is a miracle worker. Thanks John.
