John graduated UC Santa Barbara in 2012 with a degree in Economics and Accounting with plans to move back to Miami to become a CPA. Just before attending the University of Miami for his Master’s in Accounting, a friend in South FL asked John if he
wanted to take a 1-week real estate course “next week”. The timing was perfect, and, he ended up getting a real estate license in early 2013. He found out quickly he much preferred helping clients with their real estate needs to being an accountant, and nearly a decade later, he and Ana are thriving together in the wild world of South Florida real estate.
John's mother is a successful real estate investor and a board certified real estate attorney for 30+ years, and John's father is a plumber, so John has an intimate knowledge of the real estate market, legal and contractual aspects, as well as construction expertise that sets the team apart from almost any other options in the market.
In his free time, John’s enjoys extreme sports, snowboarding, rollerblading (on ramps and rails, etc.), is a nature enthusiast, hiker, world traveler, owns Bitcoin, and loves to cook!
