John Shamoun

Johnnie Shamoun (John) is owner/broker of Shamoun Business Brokers. Focused on providing clients the highest standards of professionalism and knowledge. John is a member in good standing with the International Association of Business Brokers (I.B.B.A.), the California Association of Business Brokers (C.A.B.B.), California Department of Real estate (C.A.R.), California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (BREA), and a Certified Investment Real Estate Acquisitions and Due Diligence Specialist, and hold a General Accredited Appraiser from the National Association of Realtors. John brings a unique skill and experience to all small business transactions, with over fifteen years of professional experience in the fee preparation of commercial real estate appraisals for local and regional financial institutions, litigation and litigation support, estate planning and tax gifting purposes. In addition, John has prepared appraisals for small and large real estate portfolios, and appraisal review work involving commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
