Just closed on my first investment property out of state in Ohio and John was instrumental in being my eyes and ears on the ground while also being a coordinator to help facilitate the transaction between all involved parties - the seller, myself, the lender, and the property management company. John went above and beyond to get information for the property management company and interacting with the existing tenants.

He is quite familiar with the various areas of Columbus and did a great job of identifying properties that fit my criteria.

John is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and most importantly very responsive to inquiries and following up.

I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property in the Columbus Ohio area!
