John Shields

The Realty Advisory is owned and operated by John T. Shields. John began his career in real estate in 1982 as residential broker in Centerville, MA. After four successful years, he formed Shields, Chasson & Assocs. and created one of the premiere Mid-Cape brokerages. In the early 1990s, his firm merged with Realty Executives in Hyannis. During this time John''s reputation as one of the most successful commercial real estate brokers in SE MA began to grow, along with a client list that included Cape Cod Hospital, NSTAR, Falmouth Hospital, Brooks Pharmacy, Plymouth Savings, BJs Wholesale Club, and many others. By the early 2000s, John saw a need to focus on highly personalized professional services and strong client collaborations and establishd TRA under this model in 2004.
