John worked hard to sell our lot and the results were excellent. He knows the market well and has great instincts for business. The marketing was excellent and especially creative, creating lots of interest right away. We aren’t from the area and felt very comfortable putting our trust in him, especially after feeling mislead then forgotten by other realtors. Our waterfront lot was gorgeous and he knew how to bring it to people’s attention!

We met Mr. Sowell thru a local builder and while he was helping us in our search for a property and a house he found our needs were better served by another builder. He has friends everywhere we went and all had only good things to say about Mr. Sowell. He is an intelligent encouraging person that cares for the needs of others.
We expect to be added to his list of clients that became good friends.
This is a person that has made a difference in our life and we expect him to make a difference in lives of many others in the future.
