John is a wonderful realtor and I will absolutely refer anyone else looking to buy a home in the Lancaster area to him! We were first time home buyers and he spent so much time with us to make sure we understood every part of the process. He was incredibly responsive to any messages we sent him, would call to update/check-in, and had amazing contacts for inspection/mortgage lenders/repairs, etc. We were all set to buy a house we fell in love with because of him!

John came highly recommended to me, and I’m glad that he did. Without getting too personal for our reason for selling, I was acting as power of attorney selling a reverse mortgage house and dealing with Medicaid. Our necessary/desired outcome was slightly different than most sellers, but John worked to understand what we needed and made it work. He asked questions when he needed input, did research for situations that neither of us had the answer for, and listened to my panic about various aspects of the selling process and calmly explained what I needed to know and do. He offered different options and explained the pros and cons of each one. He was also really responsive, which wasn’t as important in my situation, but I remember when I bought my house, and I know how important that usually is.

In short, I highly recommend John. And if you happen to be dealing with Medicaid, a reverse mortgage, or as Power of Attorney (or all three), you can depend on him having the experience to help you.
