We could not have had better agents. John and Cathy were just brilliant.
From the start they communicated with us in such a way that we were well aware of everything that was going to occur. They explained the entire process including a terrific marketing plan.
When we needed help there were there to assist.
When we became a tad frustrated or nervous they reassured us in an ultra friendly and informed manner.
At every twist and turn they were there.

John helped us to buy our 2nd house last year and sell our 1st house this year. We are fortunate to work with John and Cathy on both occasions. John is very meticulous and knowledgeable about every details to help us with what we need. He is very responsive and always returned our phone calls on the spot. He is comfortable to work with, never seemed to push you but always left extra room for discussions or negotiations.
