John specializes in the sale of multifamily properties and development sites throughout the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for both private and institutional clients. He takes great pride in achieving superior outcomes for his clients by doing it in the most ethical, professional and refined ways possible to achieve their real estate goals. Most importantly, he listens to his clients needs and gets to know them on a personal level resulting in long lasting and trusting relationships.
Prior to joining Compass Commercial, John served as the Managing Director of the Southern California multifamily team at Transwestern. During his tenure, he procured and sold over $300 Million of multifamily buildings and development sites. John received the following awards: 2019 & 2018 West Region Producer of the Year and 2019, 2018, and 2017 West Region Deal of the Year.
John spent 11 years working on the principal side of the business for some of the nation’s leading multifamily, retail and mixed-use developers including Lagovent Real Estate Group, Watt Companies, Westfield Corporation, and the Taubman Company.
