1st let me tell you this, buying a home as a 1st time buyer is nerve wrecking. I got promoted from my job but the promotion as you all know also comes with more responsibilities. My friend Miko Co also a realtor and sir John Tabaloc teamed up to assist me. They both assisted me in all ways possible so I do not have to worry about most of the part as they knew my situation and that I was stressing about my work. I called them a one-stop shop as they also introduced me with Presto Home loans, Julius Masarate to be exact and got my Pre-approval and my loan from them. I specifically told them that we have to stick with the pre-approval amount, go follow my budget price and what I was looking for and they started sending links for the potential homes. They made plans and strategized with me, 1st we were visiting homes and then send offers if I liked it but since my budget was so low my 1st couple tries our offer got denied some sellers don't even bother to reply but I knew because of the fact that my max offer during the time was really below the standard that I can only get fixer upper. Since I'm new to this, I really do not know how this homebuying works I even tried to do my own research but just led me back to them asking more questions and after seeing them trying made me feel that they really cared and they told me offers being denied are normal and it happens everywhere. They even checked with the lender if I qualified for Housing Assistance Programs and yes I was, so that made this journey even better as it did not made me take out hefty amount for downpayment. For this house that I just bought, my offer almost got denied but because of their negotiation skills out of the 3 that offered, my offer got accepted. I am so thankful and blessed to have met them that not just helped me find my home but also to my little family as well. Thank you all!

John Tabaloc is a very reliable agent. He made my house hunting experience stress free. He had a very good team that works really hard to make things done. He is a highly experienced agent with good track record. I will definitely recommend him to anybody who needs a reliable realty agent.
