John Van Dyk

As a native of Santa Clara County, he has seen first-hand the tremendous transformation from the ‘Valley of Hearts Delight’, when the entire region was covered with prune, cherry, and walnut orchards, into what is now literally the Technology Hub of the world, universally known as Silicon Valley. He has had a front row seat and it’s been amazing to watch. Having grown up here, attending Bellarmine Prep and then onto San Jose State University for a Marketing degree, he has a unique perspective as to the distinct layout of the area, the better neighborhoods, preferred shopping venues, ideal commute locations, and insight into the better schools and school systems. Utilizing his vast knowledge of the area helps give his clients a considerable advantage in both selling their home and in figuring out where they might consider a purchase.

Foremost though, he is very passionate about helping his clients with whatever their real estate needs may be.
